Is there really a free forever tier?

Yes. One event type and one calendar aren't a trial — they're a permanently-free plan enough for many solo professionals. We just don't put workflows, polls, MCP write-access, or embed there.

What's the catch with Pro at $6/month?

There isn't one. $6/month annual ($72/year) is enough to run a dependable scheduling service and fund future development. If you bill monthly instead, it's $9.

How does Team billing work?

Team is billed per seat at the organisation level. Upgrade your org to Team, pick a seat count, and every member gets Team features while they're in it. Add or remove seats as your team changes — Stripe handles the proration.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancellation is immediate through the billing portal. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account drops back to Free. Your data is preserved — extra event types get hidden until you upgrade again.

Do you offer refunds?

14-day no-questions refund on any paid plan. After that, cancel any time but we don't pro-rate the current period.

What about enterprise / SSO / SOC2?

Not yet. If you need those, reach out through the contact form and we can discuss custom options or point you to a better-fit competitor.

Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?

Yes. Reach out from your school or non-profit address and we'll comp you a Pro plan while you're there.
